I was listening to a teleseminar in the archives at FastEffectiveCopy.com. A well-known copywriter named Ben Mack said “Remember, the product is not the destination. Every product is an invitation to a continuing relationship. In many ways, your product is the most important sales letter you have.”
More marketers would benefit by looking at their product as the beginning of a continuing relationship with their tribe.
