In his most recent podcast, Jason Swenk interviews Jack Mize, an authority expert. As you’ll learn on the audio, “Trying to convince someone that they want what you have is hard. Instead, you need to convince them that you have what they want. Get inside their mind by asking questions and really finding out what their problems are.”

He says instead of trying to establish yourself as an expert, become an educator and an advocate.
